EiQ’s Free Innovative Leadership Webinar
Where innovation meets leadership!
Although many leaders have a strong desire to see more innovation on their team, the hard fact is that most organizations are NOT designed to innovate, and we shouldn’t expect an organization to do what it isn’t designed to do. If we want our teams to innovate, we must effectively design them to do so. But designing an innovative team takes a unique kind of leadership to make it happen—we call this Innovative Leadership.
EiQ is proud to announce a free live webinar on the topic of Innovative Leadership. This 75-minute webinar will be held on Tuesday, August 9th, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Eastern Time. The webinar will include interviews with leading experts in the areas of leadership and innovation.
What will I learn?
Through interviews and interactive discussions with our panel of experts, you will learn how to:
- Become a more innovative leader and to see your work through an “innovator’s lens.”
- Build a more innovative team and environment.
- Create a vision for your team around innovation and bring that vision to life.
- Build a high-performing team even within a more traditional, non-innovative culture.
- Apply change management best practices to build and sustain innovation over time.
